These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and khx8 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

khx8 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and play on khx8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. khx8 is strictly an adult-only platform.
• You must be a resident or citizen who is legally permitted to engage in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy registrant. Each account must represent a single, real individual.
• You must not have previously been excluded from khx8 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

When registering for a khx8 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You may register only one account per person, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be merged or closed, and any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• You must notify khx8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. You should contact our 24/7 support team without delay.
• All personal information supplied during registration must remain accurate throughout the lifetime of the account. Players must update their details promptly if any information changes.
• khx8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that provides false, misleading, or unverifiable information during or after registration.

khx8 supports instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for Bangladesh-based players. The following financial terms apply to all transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. khx8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from an account not belonging to the registered player may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure funds are returned to their legitimate owner.
• khx8 reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the completion of such checks.

khx8 reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction fees or charges from withdrawals where a payment processor imposes such fees. Any applicable fee will be clearly communicated before you confirm a withdrawal request.

khx8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to a particular offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. The use of automated tools, betting systems, or coordinated group play to exploit bonus terms constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• khx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the terms of any active bonus already accepted by a player will not be materially worsened mid-period.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once, on their first deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including through the creation of additional accounts — will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds not used within the expiry period will be removed from the account automatically, along with any pending wagering progress towards that bonus.

All bets placed on khx8 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules for cricket, football, and other markets are available within the relevant betting section of the platform.

• Bets are confirmed only when the platform has issued a bet receipt. In the event of a technical error that prevents a bet from being recorded correctly, the bet will be void and the stake returned to the player.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will not be honoured. khx8 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at a price that was manifestly incorrect due to a data feed error, human error, or system fault.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time by khx8 at its sole discretion, particularly where the integrity of the underlying event is in question or where data feeds are disrupted.
• All BPL and IPL cricket odds are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or decided by DLS method, settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khx8. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is illegal, including through the use of a VPN or other IP masking tool.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, manipulate odds, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any bet, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt wagering activity.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Registering an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to access or use your account under any circumstances.

khx8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. As a condition of using the platform, all players agree to engage with the responsible gaming tools available to them. khx8 offers the following player-protection features as standard on every account:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) that the player sets and controls from their account settings.
• Session time reminders that prompt the player to review their activity after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion, allowing a player to suspend their account for a minimum period of 30 days or permanently. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from khx8 without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khx8, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses, even if khx8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

khx8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.

khx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, khx8 will provide reasonable notice via a platform announcement prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the khx8 platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration. khx8 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
